We include all services for a single fee monthly fee.  Appropriate measures must be taken when using workstations to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of sensitive information. We can help you comply with the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) sets the standard for protecting sensitive patient data. Any covered entity that stores protected health information must ensure that all of the required physical, network and process security measures are in place and followed. We view compliance as critical and also take steps to protect against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information, and protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information. 

 

Services Included with all Server and Workstation Pricing

Signed BAA Agreement (Business Associate Agreement)
Sign a Business Associate Agreement as required by HIPAA rules under your organizational requirements. We offer a pre-written BAA agreement, or we will sign your agreement.

2 Token authentication to the server or workstation.
Implement procedures to verify that a person or entity seeking access to ePHI is the one claimed. We will work with your team to assign Unique User Identification for each member of your team that is accessing the server or workstation. : Assign a unique name and/or number for identifying and tracking user identity.

Monitoring & Support
Providing 24x7 automated monitoring and support capabilities You tell us what device or service you want us to monitor and our team will put automated eyes on your equipment or software. (e.g., server monitoring, HL7 message tracking/error correction, internet connections, and more)

Managed user access Logs
We will store and keep all logoff and login metrics on our remote cloud server. If you ever need to gain access to these logs our team can provide you the details.

Automatic Logoff Procedure setup
We will Implement electronic procedures that terminate an electronic session after a predetermined time of inactivity.

Encrypt your Hard Drive
Wellness Point solutions will activate the mechanism to encrypt and decrypt ePHI on your windows workstation or server.

Unattended Remote Access
When you need to support our team can access your machine remotely. Wellness Point Solutions makes it easy to offer assistance over the web. Our unattended remote access allows us access to your workstation or server without assistance from the client. Perfect for a practice that requires us to managed services.

Backup Encryption of your backup
Wellness Point Solutions safeguards your data with strong encryption, which includes a required encryption key and the encryption of data during backup and at rest. Your encryption key is known only by you. During the backup process, all files are secured with a personal 256-bit AES encryption key and then transferred to our data center via a secure SSL connection. And as required by HIPAA, your data remains encrypted while stored at rest in our data center. The Wellness Point Solutions backup service provides an automated remote or offsite backup and is a key component in any disaster recovery plan as protection against hardware failure, theft, virus attack, deletion, and natural disaster. And, as required by HIPAA, we send and store all data from an HIPAA-compliant account to our U.S. data centers only.

Ensuring that antivirus and other software and database security tools are deployed on each workstation.

Written contingency plan:
Wellness Point Solutions will provide you with a written contingency plan for all workstations and servers managed by Wellness Point Solutions. The HIPAA Security Rule requires that covered entities have a written contingency plan for responding to system emergencies, including a detailed plan concerning the data backup and recovery process in the event of a disaster.
