Support tickets can be opened one of four ways. We process all support request as tickets. Each ticket is assigned a ticket ID. If you have more than one issue, we ask that you open separate tickets.
- Open a Live Chat on our Website. - Live chats auto open a ticket number. We will process your chat like a ticket.
- Web-based Control panel. Visit our website, log-in,review, manage, and open new tickets.
- Email - We provide you with a support email.
- Call our office, we will open a ticket for you by phone and assign you a ticket ID.
For the security of customer patient information, we will not process a support ticket from practice unless you have followed our getting started process. We Require that you submit a registration document and your business associates agreement before we can commence providing services.
